Ground to Oak Strategy Engine

A structured working method to turn a client challenge into a practical direction, decision, and execution plan. This creates a reusable analysis worksheet and an AI prompt; it does not call an AI service or verify the analysis automatically.

90-Day Execution Tracker

Turn an active project into a sequenced 30/60/90-day plan with tasks in your existing CRM. Dates are suggestions based on the start date; adjust them to fit the engagement.

This creates tasks in the CRM and may create duplicates if run more than once. Review dates, ownership, and task wording before saving another plan.

Toolkit design principles

  • Use plain language and make each tool action-oriented.
  • Separate confirmed facts from assumptions and hypotheses.
  • Define owners, dates, dependencies, and evidence of completion.
  • Keep scope boundaries visible and document change requests.
  • Human-review AI-assisted content before it is shared externally.
  • Do not place sensitive client data into unapproved tools.

Future product opportunity

Test these templates with real engagements, then refine them into a Ground to Oak toolkit or paid digital product based on client needs.

Backup & restore

Export a JSON backup regularly and before replacing or deleting records. The backup includes client, project, task, note, and proposal records.

Restoring replaces your account’s cloud records with the backup records. Export current records first.

Workspace & access

Each authorized account has a private workspace stored in the cloud. Records are not shared with other accounts. Changes from another device are checked before saving to prevent accidental overwrites.

Export JSON backups regularly and store them securely. Calendar/email integration, automatic reminders, invoicing, and direct AI integration are not included.
